ORDER OF PUBLICACION

ORDERED, ON THIS 14th day of March, 2025, by the Circuit Court for Prince George's County MD:

That the Defendant, Luis Enrique Figaroa is hereby notified that the Plaintiff, has filed a COMPLAINT FOR CUSTODY AND APPROVAL OF FACTUAL FINDINGS TO PERMIT MINOR'S APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL IMMIGRANT JUVENILE STATUS and PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR FACTUAL FINDINGS REGARDING SPECIAL IMMIGRANT JUVENILE STATUS naming him/her as the defendant and stating that the Defendant's last known address is: Metapan, Santa Ana, El Salvador, and therefore it is;

ORDERED, that the Plaintiff may serve process to the Defendant, Luis Enrique Figaroa, in accordance with Maryland Rule 2-122(a)(2) as follows:

By posting notice in a newspaper or publication of general circulation published in El Salvador, at least once a week for three consecutive weeks and provide proof of publication to the Court, and it is further;

ORDERED, said posting to be completed by the 13th day of April, 2025; and it is further;

ORDERED, that the plaintiff shall mail, by first class mail, to the defendant's last known address, a copy of the signed order of Publication at least thirty days prior to the response date in said order; and it is further

ORDERED, THAT THE DEFENDANT, LUIS ENRIQUE FIGAROA, IS HEREBY WARNED THAT FAILURE TO FILE AN ANSWER OR OTHER DEFENSE ON OR BEFORE THE 13th day of May, 2025, MAY RESULT IN THE CASE PROCEEDING AGAINST HIM/HER BY DEFAULT.
